If Starfield is like even a remotely competent space sim and has interesting enough RP mechanics to keep me engaged through the stories they tell, that is all I need. Everything else is a FANTASTIC bonus. I’m just so excited to live out a sci-fi fantasy like that. Especially because of how much I ended up being into The Outer Worlds, which a large portion of people were lukewarm on. It was just the vibe of everything, really made me want to sink my teeth into that world. Starfield looks very similarly up that alley, just with a grander scope and more customization… which is EXACTLY my jam.
